Can I cancel my order and get my money back?
Yes, at any time before we ship and for 90 days after we ship you can cancel. If it is before we ship then we will simply refund any payments you made to us. If we shipped the Zircle just return it and once we get it back you’ll get a full refund, provided it still works. This refund can be claimed up to 90 days after you receive it. To get your refund just return everything we sent you (Zircle, Probes, Crocodile Clips & Zip case).
What if I’ve used the Zircle, can I still get a refund?
Yes, just return everything and provided it still works you’l still get a full refund for up to 90 days after you received it. That means even if the outer case is scratched, cracked or in some other way damaged you will get a full refund provided it still works and provided you send everything back.
How do I cancel my order?
Please email cancel@zircle.co.uk to cancel your existing order. You will receive an email confirming your order has been cancelled. Your deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of confirmation email.
